Vampire Count Bugs

When selecting a general for Vampire Counts, I can't choose a Wight King to fill that spot. GW released some errata a while ago where they advised to ignore page 88 in the army book (where the rule that a vampire must be general was written).

The new errata, V1.3 says you ignore page 88, except the part about characters.
