Valid items and question to close the dialog

Can be added an option to alert the user when no other option can be added?
Sample: Cleric, 2 domains, when I click to add, if no other domain can be added show a question if the user wanna close the dialog.
Another thing "annoying" is to have to choose "only valid" at each dialog, It should be configurated to be the standard option.
