v1.4 data file updates

Does anyone have or are there any plans to release v1.4-compatible upgrades
for the recent v2 data file releases (gamma3 or something?). I hear t has
all the army lists from recent Citadel Journals in the newest build, but I
use v1.4, and have not seen any v1.4 updates. Anybody?

Highly unlikely. Why not just pay the ~$10 dollars for the upgrade?
