Ustalavic Duelist AC Issue?

So I was playing around with some character builds for a few character concepts and I noticed that my AC wasn't going up for the Ustalavic Duelist(Fighter Archetype) wasn't getting its AC bonus from the "Duelist Stance" Class Ability
Made a new Character lvl 1 Fighter (UD) with a Rapier one handed with nothing in its other hand, no armor and no stat increases and the AC stays at 10, when I mouse over it says 10=10+1(Dodge) The Dodge bonus doesn't even show up for CMD at all.

Is it just me or is any one else also having this AC issue?

I like to ask others first about small things cause more than likely it could be something I'm just missing and I would rather not report something for not working when its just a ID-10T Carbon based error between keyboard and chair. :P

Please just report it. I know everyone feels like you do but LW has asked that you just report it. :)

There have been several cases where someone asks for confirmation that something is a bug, but then never reports it in the bug tracker, either because they get a response and forget to report it or because they don't get a response within the time span that they're checking on whether their post has gotten any responses. Because the original thread is so uncertain about it, we don't file it on the bug tracker ourselves - we're waiting for the original poster to decide whether or not to file it.

The end result is that we end up not recording that issue as something we have to fix, which means it gets missed until a different person reports it as a bug. So we'd prefer that you just report it as a possible bug, whether or not you're certain (although we still appreciate it if people can study the rules and FAQs to double-check the basic elements of their reports), and we'll check it out from our bug tracking system.
