Using Hero Lab This Weekend?

[Friendly public service announcement from the Lone Wolf support team :)]

There are a lot of conventions this weekend, and the last thing you want to run into is updating Hero Lab to the latest version and being faced with demo mode. How does that happen? It happens when each computer doesn't have a different license.

I cannot stress this enough - make sure each computer has a separate license code before updating! You can check your license codes by selecting "View License Info" under the License menu.

Every Hero Lab account comes with a free secondary license, but you must activate the secondary license from the License menu, to get another computer up and running. That's also how you activate additional secondary licenses that you purchase (you don't receive an email with the codes).

If your computer goes into demo mode and you need to accelerate your license, please fill out the acceleration form or email support@wolflair.com. I'm trying to pop my head into support this weekend to help people out, but I cannot make any promises to respond ASAP. So it's super important that you make sure your license codes are assigned correctly.
