There should only be one reason for you to need a license reassignment - if you previously used your license to another computer within the last 3-4 months. The reason we don't warn you is because when you upgrade Army Builder, you shouldn't have to reassign your license, unless that license has been used somewhere else. Generally, it happens because people use the same license on two computers without realizing they're doing something wrong.
