Just recently started playing around more with Hero Labs, especially for 4th edition.
About how often is a game system updated ? Not looking for anything set in stone.
And when it is updated is there a listing of what has been added and/or what bugs may have been fixed ?

4e is generally updated when the Compendium updates - so usually once a month, except in odd circumstances (like recently, when the Compendium update schedule seems to have become a lot more random). Once an update happens, we generally put a list of changes in the FAQ for the game system - you can check it from the Help menu to see what's changed in the most recent release.
