We are aware that a number of our servers are inaccessible as of a few minutes ago (including Hero Lab Online).
We are investigating the issue and contacting our hosting provider. We will provide more information as soon as it is available. We are working to get things back up as soon as possible.
UPDATE: There was apparently a network backbone issue for the company that hosts all of our servers but the outage appears to be over and Hero Lab Online is back up and running. The outage lasted from approximately 11:05 pm pacific to 12:50 am pacific. Thank you for your patience.
