Hi, I heard that Army Builder has the ability to show pics of the units/squads. Do we have to upload pics? (if yes, where to?) or Army Builder has already pre-loaded pics? (if yes, where?)

The general way it works is the picture is on a web site and the data file author includes the url in the data file for the model.
 
We experimented with this in the 40K files until GW decided to crack down on linking to thier website.

It is possible for you do do this on your own with your own pictures of the units/models in question - however with the 40K files, everytime it would be updated you would be required to perform all that work on your own again. And even if we were to download the pictures and make it available on your computer instead of website linking, it would add additional space to the program and still be subject to GW legal and their IP enforcement...
