Unchained Summoner Eidolon Evolutions

Apologies if this has come up before; I tried searching the forums and Google to no avail.

I have an Unchained Summoner in Hero Lab, with an Eidolon: elemental (water) type, for a 3rd level character. I want to take the Gills evolution, but it doesn't show up in my list of evolution choices at all.

I know elemental (water) gets Swim and Gills for free at 8th level, but being that we're playing Skulls and Shackles, I've opted to take them early. Since I can reassign evolution points at a level increase, this shouldn't be a problem, right? I'm not finding any rules-related reason why I can't do this.

Is there any reason why Gills isn't in my list of evolutions? My list goes from Frightful Presence directly to Gore.

Help/insight is appreciated in advance!
