Unable to view HL encounters (.por) file

I am not sure if it is me or has something gone wrong with the latest update to RW. Since updating I am now unable to view HeroLab .por files externally from RW within HL.

Everytime I try to use this feature I get:
"Unable to integrate the external object."

Herolab is running, I have even deleted the encoutner file from RW and recreated it, and imprted to RW, even sync'd to cloud and retried and get same error.

I also noticed that the drop down menu in RW to activate this says:
"open with herolab - unnamed hero - no file"
Yet I have recreated and re-added the file, I can view it in a new tab if I choose, I just cannot seem to get it to work in HeroLab.

If needed I can sumit a bug report, just wanted to make sure I did not do something to cause this.
