unable to download new version of army builder

i have tried to download the newest version of army builder (V3.2d) a couple of times recently and it is not working. after downloading the file from the updates a prompt comes on screen saying that army builder needs to shut down to complete the download and will automatically restart when its complete. but it never restarts and when i open army builder again it is not the new version. any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
The issue is 99.9% likely that you've installed the product beneath the "c:\program files" folder and are *not* running with Administrator privileges. Assuming I'm correct, you'll find an explanation of the problem and how to resolve it in the thread below.
