Hello all,

I was able to dl the RW software this evening to my laptop, which runs Win7/SP1. My email address is fine, but when I try to type in a password for the account, I get the warning that the password is too simple! Now, I tend to use passwords that are between 15-20 characters long, and it will not accept any of the ones that I am trying to use. I even tried a 17 character password, using 1337 speak. Nothing, I get the same message, and I can't create my account.

Help!

That seemed to do the trick, as annoying as that was. It's not like I've fooled any hacker by adding a capital letter to the mix!

Hovering the mouse over the message that says "too simple" should display a tooltip that outlines the rules for minimum complexity. Did that not work? Or was it simply non-obvious?

Basically, you need a minimum of 8 characters, at least one upper and one lower case character, and either a digit or a special character (e.g. punctuation).
