Ultimate Equipment Guide for d20?

From Pathfinder? Not easily. There are a lot of scripting mechanics that are different in d20 vs Pathfinder. You'd have to create each item by hand in the editor.
 
Can I use the Ultimate Equipment Guide in the D&D 3.5 system?

It's actually kind of scary what I can do with it. I've got a LVL 4 Rogue with light armor to 24 AC with a max dex of +4 and a check penalty of 1. And don't get me started on what I've done to his weapons. Further more, it was all done with the seed money of a LVL 4 character.
