Are there any notes on editing or adding items through .user files to add new hex types, hex improvements, and buildings? I did not see anything in the editor to be able to do so.
 
At this moment in time the editor does not have any way to fiddle around with the kingdom building stuff, because the editor has a tab limit hard-coded into it which needs to be changed so that new tabs can be added which will allow us to do so.

It is on the radar, but may take some time to implement.
