Tyranid Warriors: Elite/HQ

Tyranid Warriors can either be elite or HQ in 4ed. Is there a way to easily change this for a roster?

Thanks!

The option to change them from Elite to HQ is on the unit. Look through all the options. The last panel of options ("Roster") includes "Count as Elite" and Count as HQ"

Great! Thank you. One more question is there a way to change the unit count to say just 1 instead of 3? I try specify unit size but it will not allow anything less then 3. I have a unit that has different weapons on each piece.

It won't allow anything less than 3 because Codex: Tyranids says Warriors are 3-9.

Please try out all the options on a unit. The Options in the add-on section allow you to add warriors with their own stat-line, and once you've added them, you can reduce the size of the initial unit, and outfit each Warrior group seperately.

That's perfect just what I wanted. Although It would be nice if I could edit the initial 3 like that. This was the only thing keeping me from buying Army builder. Congrats you made a sale :) hehe

The squad biomorphs is the program holding you to the codex. Re-read the phrasing for Tyranid Warriors - the biomorphs apply to the squad, then each Warrior gets two weapons, which can vary.
