The 'Unit X has too few weapons' message is, in fact, a bug within Army
Builder. Rob explains:

It will probably be fixed in the next version of AB, until then there is
a trivial workaround. Just add the attribute:
tlmt:none-pct=100@max
To the 'race' records of the 3 Tyranid armies (using ABCreator). This
will, of course, be included in the next version of the files.
