Trying to build a Beastmorph Alchemist

And I cannot figure out how to get HeroLab to let me choose (or even select) the alter self bonus I should have when I use my mutagen. Is this just supposed to be mentally tracked or something?

I made him lvl 5, Human, beastmorph and chirurgeon archetypes.

If I'm just missing something please let me know.
 
Unfortunately, polymorph abilities like alter self (and the beastmorph mutagen by extension), are something we'd like to handle better, but would entail a large amount of work to do them well. For now, whether you have chosen darkvision or low-light vision or whatever is something you may be able to add via adjustments, but otherwise it's something you'll need to note mentally.
