Trying add npc that is Drow.

I'm trying to create a NPC that is Drow. There is no Drow in race selection can this be added to race selection or is there a licensing issue?
 
Add a race snippet to the character (there's probably one there automatically).

Double-click in the "..." selection box.

Next to "Available Tags" is a "+".

Click.

Add drow.

???
