Trouble Updating to Pathfinder v4.0c

Hi Folks,

I've been trying to update Hero Lab's Pathfinder from v4.0b to v4.0c which came out around 9/17/2012. After I try updating the product, I keep getting a message that states: "Hero Lab requires MSXML to be installed before this installation can begin. I have had Windows XP with the SP3 for years, and updates for this product have always worked before. Has anybody else had this problem, and are there any fixes for it. I am running Norton 360 as network security. Thanks.
 
Sorry, no, problem when i mad the update.

Just a question, did you upgrade/update any other software just a bit before the HL update?
 
Nothing changed regarding our MSXML requirements from 4.0b to 4.0c, so I'm not sure why this error's occurring. :( Dennis also contacted our technical support address, so I'm following up with him there.
