trouble saving as pdf file

I use Army Builder to make rosters for Warhammer 40k. When I try to save as a pdf file it tells me I need to download the file that will allow me to do that. I already downloaded the file and it installed the program at that time. What am I doing wrong? How do I correct this problem?
