Tried to create custom item data file, now Elephant in the Room rules aren't able to be found?

I was trying to work on an datafile to add a custom magic item to my sheets. It ran into some errors, so I tried to relaunch hero lab, and now I get an error message that the item I was working on has a few issues with it.
But worst of all, The elephant in the room rules suddenly doesnt' work at all. Says critical information not found for the source "Enable all world is square rules."
 
When HL has an error, it loads in Demo mode. This means ALL extra packages are not available/loaded. You need to fix the error first, then reload to have access to other files.
