Skill tricks: see the 3.5 book Complete Scoundrel
Flaws: see the 3.5 book Unearthed Arcana
The skill tricks aren't in an OGL book, so Hero Lab includes the mechanics for skill tricks, but none of the tricks themselves. The flaws from Unearthed Arcana are OGL, and were converted over from the 3.5 files - you can select the Unearthed Arcana source in the SRD section to see them.
Basically, there was no reason to remove them when making them when turning the 3.5 files into the Pathfinder files.
