Toughness for Skaven Cheiftan is not 5

I know it is 3 or 4 book is not with me right now ill update when i get to it but i know he is not 5 toughness
 
It shows it as 4 in the main screen but when you add him to the army roster it ups his toughness to 5... so basicaly the adding him part needs to be fixed thanks again
