Tomb King Enchanted item problem

Hi there i have spotted a problem with the tomb kings list regarding the enchanted item "Icon of Rulerhip" it says in the army book that this item can be taken in addition to another item in the enchanted item list but the army builder still flags the character up as having to many enchanted items, thanks for your time
