Tiefling Alternate Abilities

I am trying to create a tiefling with the Spell Resistant alternate ability. It is not one of the options currently available. How do I add this ability to the list (Spell resistance = 10 + 1/2 total hit dice)?
 
The drow have a similar ability but their's is 5+HD. I haven't made a race that uses SR but I think that it should be easy to follow if you copy their eval script.
