The Cult of Ulric

hi there, i believe this is available if you select the "old empire" army? or is there a new cult of ulric army
 
I'm not sure on which came first the army book or Storm of Chaos but I do know that they have a new cult of Ulric list out from a White Dwarf (don't know the number) that is for the new book. I have been working on adding this new list as it's my personnal favorite anyway. Problem is I'm swamped at work so I don't have much time to teach myself the toolset.
