Text formating for pop up windows

How do you format text for Talent pop up windows so the text looks is in blocks like your final releasea?
 
I created a number of talents for the rogue and slayer and in the dicriptions for the talents after I entered the text for them and when it is displayed it is fragmented and not continuous as I entered the text.
 
Can you post a screen shot? Did you just copy/paste out of a PDF because the line breaks in PDFs are hard breaks and the text doesn't wrap.
