Technomancer bug makes them unplayable/can't create

Complex Form limit is linked to Logic, it's supposed to be Resonance x 2. Can't even spend the free points with Technomancer priority A. Makes them unusable/unplayable.

Edit: I'm an idiot. Ignore me. Not HL's fault, instead weird creation rules.
