Tag-Based Snippet Formatting

When I choose multiple tags for a Tag-Based Snippet, the display box resizes. Unfortunately if my tag names are fairly long it displays only a portion of each tag. I addition to being irritating, it just doesn’t convey all the information. I can’t find a way to manually resize the display box. It appears we can only change fonts on texted based snippets. Suggestions?
