Tactical Console Understanding screen/window size

I'm running Hero Lab for Mac and using the Shadowrun 5 Ed Game files and noticed that the tactical console doesn't use screen/window real estate very well. Is there any way to force it to make the different character boxes bigger if it has room in the window?
 
At some point, we'd like to revisit the tactical console and improve a number of things about it, but until then, it has a fixed size.
