Syntax error in live tag

Okay, I just purchased HL to build a couple of game systems with. One of the first things I wanted to do was add a new tab. I duplicated tab_abilities.dat and modified it. I renamed the appropriate parts, because I just want to understand tabs right now. I added the tab name "perks" to HideTab group.

Now I get this error message:

Syntax error in 'live' tag expression for Tab Panel 'perks'
-> Tag 'HideTab.perks' not defined

And I cannot figure out why, is there some other place I should add references to the new panel at?
