Syncing problem

Hi I have synced a realm on my main pc - but when I access realm works on my laptop none of the changes show - it is effectively a blank template. Going back to the desktop all the information I have put into realm works is still there. Syncing again made no difference.

Help - runnning a game on Friday and need to get it working
 
If nothing else works, you can also just backup the data on the main pc, move it to a usb key, and then restore the file on the laptop. This was the way we did it way back in the old days before they got the cloud sync working.
