Switching from demo to normal

I just recently bought Hero lab and when i first downloaded it, it was in demo mode. When i purchased the basic package and put in all my liscenses and such i created my character and i went to save and it is still in demo mode. I closed it out and made a new character again and it still wouldnt let me save or print anything, it kept saying i was in demo mode. How do i switch from demo mode to the regular mode? Cause honeslty this is really starting to make me mad.
