No, just a Ranged Massive spinefist. I don't have the White Dwarf here,
but IIRC:
For a normal creature, if you take Ranged and Massive on a weapon, it
counts as two weapons.
For a creature with Mass Points, if you take Cluster and Spasm on a
weapon, it counts as two weapons.
IIRC, it's on the fourth page of the article, on the same page as the
descriptions of Wrecker, Tunneller, etc., about half way down the first
column.
