Hi

Could I ask for a response to the above please?

I am very keen to access PF 1E content through HLO, having spent literally hundreds on the content in HLC over the years but, in the absence of other information, I wrongly purchased the $24.99 PF 1E package which has associated a new HLC license to my HLO account. Could someone PLEEAASE reset my HLO access to PF 1E to Demo Mode so that I can make the $9.99 purchase and associate my actual HLC license to my HLO account and access all the packages I have bought over the years. This is a release I have been looking forward to for a long time and it's very frustrating not to be able to access it.
