Summon Monster Creatures package

I have purchased the Summon Monster Creatures package but it is not showing up under the Gamemaster/Show Encounter Library as directed in the Gen Con and August update bulletin. I have purchased the package, reactivated my license and ensured that the package is clicked under Configure Your Hero selction. It is listed as 'Other Addons'.

I was expecting to see this as per the picture:

But the only thing I see in the Encounter Library is We Be Goblins.
 
I am looking exactly for that??? Where can I found it???
