Yes, the search mechanism still doesn't work like I want it to.

1. Again, a searchbar with incremental search in both deckbuilding and inventory would be preferred. Now, this would not be the same as quick search; besides working differently, the searchbar should be built into the GUI. In deckbuilding, it could be put where the Filter, Sort, and View buttons are now. Those buttons could be moved up where the Deck Name box is now. I never saw a great reason for the Deck Name box, esp. when you can easily name the deck when you save it, and the deck name box could get confused with the searchbox once it's up there. In Inventory, you could put the searchbox where the Filter, Sort, View, and Price buttons are now, and they could just be moved over to the right. Where the words "Cards in Inventory" are. Now that you have the Totals filed to the right of it, there's no reason to have those words there anymore.

2. Also, while you have a card highlighted, hitting any letter should take you to the first card (alphabetically) that begins with that lettter, whether that card is above or below the card you currently have highlighted. It works now, but only if said card is below the card you currently have highlighted. -- i.e. If you are down at P________ and press C, it doesn't jump up to the first card that starts with C. However, if you're at P________ and press T it WILL jump to the first card that starts with T.

NOTE: The incremental searchbar is MUCH more important than #2 or ANY of the other features I'm looking forward to in future versions.

Could you add the ability to jump to the start of a section of a list
by hitting the letter on the keyboard? IE: If I have a list of all
the magic 4th edition and legends cards up, and I've got my piles of
cards ready to input, but they are not arranged alphabetically, as I
come to a pile of cards just hit "T" and the program list would jump
to the cards starting with the letter "t", rather than having to
scroll with the mouse all the time.

As mentioned previously when this was requested, it's on the todo list. And
contrary to some beliefs, stating the request repeatedly does not enhance
its likelihood of being added. We've got a long list of stuff that folks
have requested, and we're working through it. We've got a long list of
games that people want data files for. And we also have another product
that really needs an overhaul and update. We're doing the best we can with
the very limited resources we have. Nuff said....

Actually, CV goes to NEXT card that starts with the letter pressed. And it
currently does not wrap, as you've pointed out. Products that I've used in
the past don't wrap with the keystroke jump. So I didn't add wrapping in
the interest of consistency with other products I've seen. If you want
wrapping, that can be added pretty easily. I'll put it on the todo list.

Thanks, Rob
