Do you mean things like Razor Coast from the Kickstarter?
Delivery depends on getting the Repository and Marketplace features implemented, so until those are done, we're all waiting.
In some ways, it is just as well. RealmWorks is a new product, and the early releases changed a lot over the beta period. The people doing the work to enter this content have had the opportunity to improve it as RealmWorks has changed. I expect it will be better for that.

Silveras hit the nail on the head. Some of the stretch goal content is actually completed in Realm Works (and the rest is being worked on), but we're currently working on delivery. Realm Works users need to be able to sync it down into their accounts. That requires some of the work tied to the Content Market to be done.
