Stonelord - Mobile Defense

Hello all,

I have a question regarding Mobile Defense, an ability listed in both the Stonelord archetype for Paladins, and the Stalwart Defender.

My character is Pal 8/SDe 2. Typically, this pal archetype doesn't get MD until 18th level, and the SD doesn't get it til 9th level, however this combination of levels has enabled it in the stalward defender tree. Is this legal? A potential coding issue in HL? Or is there some way of getting it that I don't see.

I'll add that the validation error is that i've selected oread race instead of dwarf, which my gm has allowed, and shouldn't have any bearing on the mobile defense.
 
Does SD say that levels from other classes stack with their own levels for determining certain abilities?
 
Well Mobile Defense is setup from the SD class to activate on ClSpecWhen 9. Why it is getting confused by the total levels vs the SD class levels is odd. I see nothing on the SRD that states it stacks. Seems to be a bug.
 
I just tested it by removing levels down to 8 and adding paladin levels back. As soon as i add any stalwart defender level 1 into the mix (above paladin level 8) it enables mobility.

Unfortunate days for me D:
 
Additionally, I've removed paladin levels down to 6, and added two more SD levels, which has now unlocked my SD7 "Improved Uncanny Dodge" early. Could it have something to do with getting Defensive Stance as part of my stonelord paladin archetype at level 4?
