Status Update - Rebel Aces & Wave 5

Just to give a status update for Rebel Aces and Wave 5, I'm currently testing all the new data entered. Once that is done I'll put out a new update. Since these will go out as unreleased, I need to double-check that the framework I put in place to properly filter out unreleased items works correctly.

To head off any questions on Wave 6, I'll start working on an update with all of the currently spoiled cards from Wave 6. From a data file logistics standpoint, I'm only going to include cards that have been fully spoiled.
