Startup problem with AB

Hi all,
I am hoping someone can help me. When I start AB it goes directly
to my taskbar as minimized and I can't get the right click menu to
come up on it. I have tried reinstalling it and scanning my system
for viri using the latest update available. The only other thing that
happens is when It launches something trys to pop up on my screen
then goes away much to fast to see what it is.
