I added on the adjust tab, a permanent adjustment to size category. According to the 2E core book a starting size of Diminutive should cost 12 PP's however this did not reflect on the sheet, is there some other way I should do this or is it a bug?

Adjustments never cost PP - they're meant to represent changes in-game
(for example, getting hit by a shrink ray). To increase your starting
size, take ranks of the Growth power.
