SR5 - Custom SIN costs

I've been digging into the Editor to implement our house rules. No issues until I wanted SINs with custom costs... I simply can't figure out where to add them.

I did not find a way to add a custom base cost to SINs, but the "Amount to Pay" field at the time of SIN purchase allows me to pay a custom amount.
 
To find the fake SIN to make a copy of it, in the Matrix grouping of the editor, they're in the Program table - SINs are data, rather than gear, which is why they're in the programs, rather than equipment.
