Split-View, Pop-Out Tabs

Hello! I have a couple related feature requests that I'm GUESSING wouldn't be implemented any time soon, but it'd make a HUGE difference for me (and I'd hope, others too).

First, a split-view option. When I'm using multiple tabs (anywhere that tabs are offered), I'd like the ability to view two at once. A vertical split (side-by-side tabs) would be nicest for most occasions, but a horizontal split would be nice too (I have a few vertically-aligned monitors that could make use of that).

Second, I'd like to be able to pop a tab out of the primary window and into its own. Ideally, in my mind, it would work a bit like the Chromium (or Google Chrome) browser - just drag the tab off and it's a new window. Drag it back and it's attached once more.

I know this kind of stuff would likely take a good number of coding hours, but this would mage a HUGE difference to me in how I can use your software. I run multiple monitors and would love to be able to see more data simultaneously.

I think they have been aired before in the fora somewhere. (Apparently my fora-search-fu is inadequate...)

I believe Rob might have it on his loooong list of things to implement down the road :-)
