Spellcasting Prodigy

I am trying to recreate the spellcasting prodigy feat in HL but not having a lot of luck. Has anyone else tried to do this? Is it even possible to consider a character's primary spellcasting ability score 2 points higher only for the purposes of bonus spells?

It's 3.5 printing was in the WotC Player's guide to Faerun.
Here's the text:
Benefit: For the purpose of determining bonus spells, treat the
ability score that controls your spellcasting (Charisma for bards and
sorcerers, Wisdom for divine spellcasters, or Intelligence for wizards)
as 2 points higher than its actual value.
Special: You can gain Spellcasting Prodigy multiple times. Each
time you take the feat, it applies to a different spellcasting ability
score. You can take this feat even if you don’t have any levels in a
spellcasting class yet.
You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character.

I'm sure i'm violating a IP or forum rule somewhere by posting that but this thing has been bugging me for some time.

I just switched to Hero Lab from etools and relearning a new database entry system and re-entering my characters is a time-consuming and tedious process. I appreciate any help I can get.

We're at GenCon right now, but I just checked with Colen about this. He
says that this can't currently be done. However, it can be easily added to
the d20 data files. So we'll get this incorporated in an update in the
next few weeks.

Found in Dragonlance Setting Books: Legends of the Twins and War of the Lance.

Yes. This was completed in the community set. It appears to have been done twice actually, which is a bit of an issue. I'll have to take a look at that and reduce it to just one version. For now, though, you can get it here.
