spell resistance

I think I made a mistake (I'm new to dming) I rolled up a robe (probably wrong) and put spell resist +13 on it. Herolab does not have a way to customize a robe of spell resist +13 and add the SR to the character.

I am trying to figure out how to add the SR to the character and just add this as a custom piece of gear. So I don't have to take this robe away from him and try to figure out and equivalent.

You won't be able to add this as a piece of custom gear. You will have to create this in the editor, under wondrous items create the robe, bootstrap Spell Resistance to it (xSplRs), then you will have to add 13 to its value. That's how I'd do it.

On the other hand, if it only give a flat resistance of 13, then you'll want to set the value to 13 instead of adding to it, using either its current spell resistance or 13, whichever is greater.

Is there a tutorial on how to use the editor? I am not sure if I did this right. So I am testing it.

Thanks for the advice though.
