Spell Resistance

I would like to make a template grant spell resistance based on 10+1/2 hit dice+charisma. How do I make this work? Currently the boot strap only gives a fixed value.
 
Try copying something else that has an SR that varies by HD - the Drow race, for example, and see how it scripts the adjustment.
