Do I need to download something extra to see spells above 2nd level?

My wizard just made 5th-level. Hero Lab wants me to add 3rd-level spells. The spell list tops out at 2nd. Help?

Have you added 3rd level spells to your spellbook? You have to have a spell in your book before you can memorize it.
