How do I give a new class access to spells already in the dataset?
Do I have to copy each spell and give them access to it or is there an easier way?
 
The "Uses Which Spells?" option on the Class tab allows you to pick one or more classes whose spell list this class uses.

If this class has its own list, then unfortunately, you do need to copy each of those spells to create a copy that belongs to the new class.
